9/11 and our Irish Diaspora

It is now 10 years and the shock is still with us. We want to send from Ireland our thoughts and prayers on the sad days of grief. We know that many of our past pupils walk on American soil with pride and gratitude and that for many of them it is their second home.We in Ireland are grateful for the many job opportunities that came our way and feel that we will always look west. This terrible event will give expression to a new and deeper relationship between our two countries that can make for a better future in a new world order that will accentuate the Global in us as humankind will become one in the passage of time.
